Cookies & Tracking
We use essential WordPress cookies for site functionality, plus third-party analytics and marketing tags, including:
- Google Analytics (to understand site usage)
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (to measure ad performance)
- Google Tag Manager (to track conversion data)
These cookies and tags collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source. You can disable most marketing cookies via your browser settings or by using a cookie-consent tool if provided.
Embedded content from other websites
Some pages may include embedded content (e.g. videos, posts) hosted on third-party sites. Please review the privacy policies of those providers.
Who we share your data with
All form submissions on this site are handled by a third-party lead-management service (DocFox via HubSpot). We do not store your submission data on our servers—your information goes directly to that partner, who processes it under their own privacy policy.
How long we retain your data
Data retention is managed by our partner under their HubSpot policies. Please refer to their privacy policy for details on retention periods.
What rights you have over your data
Under South Africa’s POPIA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we’ve collected. To make a request, please email us at info@legaltalkafrica.co.za, and we will coordinate with our partner to resolve it.
Where your data is sent
All lead-form submissions are sent directly to our third-party service (DocFox via HubSpot). No form data is ever stored on our web server.
